Either way, you will be amazed at the difference. And, if by chance I can't fix it, there's no charge. Sometimes it's a bit more than just a software or operating system problem. I am also capable of fixing most physical hardware problems as well. Everything from a non-functional cd drive, to replacing faulty electrolytic capacitors on the motherboard.
