| 2007 Ibanez SRX705 5 String Electric Bass Natural w/Case Bass players, listen up! Lightweight Ash body for killer tone The Ibanez SRX705 delivers a ton of tone and sustain without making you carry a heavy bass onstage. Great-playing Maple/Walnut Through neck The SRX705 employs the Ibanez SRX5 Series through-neck, made of five pieces of premium maple and walnut. Maple has a uniform grain, it's strong and stable, and it has less reaction to environmental changes than other hardwoods. Its tone is highly reflective, and focuses more energy into the body wood. Walnut's tight low end and combed midrange dynamics make it well suited for extended range. This 5-string offers wide string pitch and neck width for precise playing. The 24-fret rosewood fingerboard and familiar 34" scale make the SRX705 a pleasure to play! Incredible output from alnico magnet pickup A big part of the SRX705's killer tone is its super high-output Passive Full Range pickups with exposed pole pieces.
