It was made in the 1930s and isin very nice condition. Marked WECK-BKLYN.N.Y. USA. The original Weck is a straight edge razor that the blade can be replaced in, similar the the Durham razors. They decided in the 1930s to come out with a razor with a handle and so they called it the New Weck and this is what you have here.
